It’s about a 2.5 hour climb to the start of the 6.5 km toboggan run at the Kleinarler Hütte. The hut invites you to stop off for refreshment and a rest and you can also rent toboggans there (while stocks last).
The 2.5 km toboggan run at the Jausenstation Ennskraxn is also floodlit at night and perfect for a fun evening.
What could be more romantic than to be wrapped up in a cosy blanket as you glide gently along through the glistening winter landscape of the valley on a horse-drawn sleigh ride?
Both the Griesbauer family in Wagrain and the Viehhof family in Kleinarl offer horse-drawn sleigh rides to the Jägersee nature reserve. With a refreshment stop at the cosy Gasthof Jägersee, a tour takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
