Seasons

The weeks around New Year and Carnival are subject to surcharges. 

Booking information

• The prices apply in EURO and per holiday apartment per day including VAT
• Prices excluding tourism levy and end of stay cleaning
• The tourism levy costs per adult above 15 years of EUR 2.30 per day 
• Our prices do not include any catering.
• The prices always refer to the respective standard occupancy. For every further person we calculate EUR 25.– per day. For babies and children up to the age of three we charge EUR 20.– per day.
• The end of stay cleaning costs, depending upon the size of the apartment are between EUR 65.– and EUR 95.– (winter season 24/25 EUR 70,- and EUR 100,-)
• Bringing a maximum of one dog is allowed. We charge EUR 15.- per day.

Winter packages

• The 4=3 package with ski pass only bookable online via Ski Amadé. Valid in selected periods in December, January and March from Sunday to Thursday
• The discounted ski packages are valid from 10th of January 26 until 31st of January and from 07th March 26 until the end of the season
• The Easter family special is valid from 14th March 26 until the end of the season
• The Ladies Week Bring a Friend 1+1 free is valid from 21st March to 28th March 26

Arrival and departure

• The holiday apartments are ready for you on your day of arrival at 4 pm at the very latest.
• On your departure day we kindly request you leave the holiday apartments by 10 am at the latest.

Cancellations

For bookings and cancellations the General terms and conditions for hoteliers.

Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival are free of charge.

Cancellations up to 1 month before arrival will be charged at 40% of the travel price.

Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will be charged at 70% of the travel price.

Cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged at 90% of the travel price.

Non-arrivals will be charged 100%.

In any case, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for your security in the event of illness (including Corona) and other unforeseeable situations. A Covid illness is NOT a reason for a free cancellation.

For any reasons of prevention we recommend  that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy. This will provide you with peace of mind in case of illness (Covid-19 as well) or other circumstances.
