Booking information

• Our prices are quoted in EURO per chalet and day.
• The given price is a basic price for up to 6 people.
• Every further person from the age of 12 pays EUR 35.– per day.
• Children up to the age of six are free of charge, children from 6 – 11,9 pay EUR 17.– per day
• One-off end of stay cleaning fee EUR 210.– 
• Tourism levy from the age of 15 the tax amounts to EUR 2,30 per person 
• Starting from summer 2025, we will charge a mobility fee of EUR 0.50 per person per day for guests aged 15 and above. This allows you to use public transport throughout the Salzburg region for free.

Arrival and departure

• In the main winter season it is only possible to arrive and leave on Saturdays.
• During mid season you are very welcome to book from Saturday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Saturday.
• In low season you can arrive and leave any day.
• In summer it is possible to arrive on any day.

3 nights in high season

Cancellations

For bookings and cancellations the General terms and conditions for hoteliers.

Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival are free of charge.

Cancellations up to 1 month before arrival will be charged at 40% of the travel price.

Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will be charged at 70% of the travel price.

Cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged at 90% of the travel price.

Non-arrivals will be charged 100%.

In any case, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for your security in the event of illness (including Corona) and other unforeseeable situations. A Covid illness is NOT a reason for a free cancellation.
